Subject to the conditions and limitations below, the customer is entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of defective roofing materials installed by Kili & Cousins
- Rectification of workmanship-related defects identified during the Warranty Period
The choice between repair or replacement will be made at the sole discretion of Kili & Cousins.

The customer is responsible for performing regular maintenance on the roof, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning debris from the roof and gutters

4.4 Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who contracted Kili & Cousins for the roofing services.
4.5 Acts of Nature
The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, severe weather events, or acts of God, including but not limited to:
- Hailstorms
- Earthquakes
- Hurricanes, cyclones, or tornadoes
- Floods
- Other extreme weather events
as specified in Australian roofing standards.
4.6 Other Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Neglect or failure to maintain the roof
- Accidents or abuse
- Vandalism
- Improper installation, use, or maintenance of rooftop equipment (e.g. HVAC units, solar panels, antennas)
- Any non-roofing-related factors that impact the roof
as outlined in Australian roofing standards.
5. Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must notify Kili & Cousins in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue, in compliance with Australian standards.
The customer must:
- Describe the nature of the issue
