Leaks, broken tiles, failed ridge capping, storm damage. Diagnosed honestly and fixed properly, without selling you a full restoration.
SVC/03
Gutter and fascia replacement and repairs by licensed plumbers, to Australian Standards, so the water goes where it should.

High-pressure clean that takes off moss, lichen, dirt and debris, and shows up anything hiding underneath before it gets worse.

Premium coating systems applied to the manufacturer's spec, in a colour you choose, built for the Perth sun rather than a quick refresh.

When a roof is past restoring, we say so and replace it. Tin or tile, assessed properly before anyone talks about a new roof.

Failed ridge pointing cut back and re-pointed with flexible compound, weep holes reinstated so the roof still drains.

When the mortar bed under the caps has gone, pointing alone will not hold. Caps lifted, re-bedded, then pointed.

Broken and deteriorated tiles found across the whole roof and replaced with tiles matched for age and colour.
SVC/10
Rusted valley trays out, new galvanised trays in. The valley carries more water than anything else up there.
SVC/11
Rotted or rusted fascia replaced so the guttering has a sound line to fix to. Usually done with the gutters.
SVC/12
Metal cleaned back, rust treated at fixings and cut edges, primed for steel and finished in two coats.

Yes, both. They're different jobs: metal starts with fastener checks and rust treatment before anything cosmetic, and the coating systems are made for metal rather than tile. We do each the way it's meant to be done.
